A passionate advocate for agriculture, Heather is a strategic industry expert dedicated to addressing value chain challenges and building a more resilient future.
Heather's curiosity and willingness to ask tough questions allows her to delve deep into the industry's workings, always considering how things could be improved. This inquisitive mindset has driven her career, enriched by her husband's family farm and her children's curiosity about the industry's realities versus market perceptions. Identifying that many connections and companies within her network were demanding this type of customized advisory that was grounded in “boots on the ground” experience, BounceAg was born.
Heather combines her deep appreciation for the industry's roots with a forward-thinking approach. She collaborates with consumer-packaged goods (CPG) companies, NGOs, and both domestic and international governments to solve challenges and create opportunities that elevate agriculture.
Heather understands that change can be difficult for deeply invested stakeholders in the agricultural community.
